How Do I Place an Order?
The website provides clear instructions for every step.
With all products being made to order, stock is limited.
If you spot an item you want that's sold out, stay in the loop on its availability by following us on social media and signing up for our mailing list!
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently we ship within New Zealand only, but we're looking into expanding to Australia and hopefully internationally in the future
I Have Sensitive Ears Can I Wear Your Earrings?
Of course! All ear wires are gold filled so that even the most sensitive ears can wear them!
Will You Be Selling Other Jewelry Styles?
Yes! At the moment we are working on a line of Necklaces, in the future we are hoping to expand to bracelets, anklets and rings!
When Will My Order Be Ready?
All Processing Times are located in the product description of your desired item.
Generally it will take 1-4 Days to ship as each product is made to order, how soon your order ships will depend on the complexity of the style.
At the moment we do not offer an option to rush orders.
Can I Request a Change to the Metal or the Length of an Item?
Sadly, lengths and metals can't be adjusted at checkout.
Feel free to reach out if you want something in silver or a different length, as this is a custom order.
Keep in mind that custom orders could take extra time to process since they depend on material availability.
