All Processing Times are located in the product description of your desired item.

Generally it will take 1-4 Days to ship as each product is made to order, how soon your order ships will depend on the complexity of the style.

At the moment we do not offer an option to rush orders.

Sadly, lengths and metals can't be adjusted at checkout.

Feel free to reach out if you want something in silver or a different length, as this is a custom order.

Keep in mind that custom orders could take extra time to process since they depend on material availability.

Yes you may return part or all of your order within 28 days of purchasing from us.

Simply, send your purchase back to us using the return address provided in your order.

Once we have received the parcel we will process your refund.

You can also exchange for a different item and once we have received your parcel we will send you your desired piece.
